Shipping costs for orders over €199,00 are free of charge (standard delivery option only).

WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE SHIPPED?
The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 business days to the shipment address specified by the customer, depending on the shipment method and place of delivery chosen. Based on experience, deliveries to countries liable to customs duties take 2 to 9 business days. B-Exit cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released. Should you need further information, we invite you to contact your local customs office directly.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive another email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

If you choose Pay-Pal as your payment method, your shipment will be delivered to the address saved in your PayPal account; with all other payment methods, the shipment will be delivered to the indicated address. In both cases, it is mandatory to provide a VALID PHONE NUMBER, in case the courier experiences problems during the delivery and decides to call.
